Olivia Rodrigo GUTS Cookie Tour and Crumbl Partnership – What Special Cookie?

UPDATE: Now that the Olivia Rodrigo  Crumbl partnership and GUTS Tour are in the books, it will be interesting to see if Olivia continues to promote Crumbl C00kies and desserts on her Instagram and TikTok. She did have several viral videos like the “Olivia Rodrigo, that little Mexican girl that always be crying” and several others so Crumbl would love to have her engagement in the summer of 2025. Maybe the Dubai Chocolate Brownie will encourage some of the partnerships and celebrities to mention Crumbl on their social media.

Crumbl stores/locations participating in the Olivia Rodrigo GUTS cookie are listed at the bottom of this page. The GUTS cookie is described as “Two chilled purple vanilla  cookies sandwiched around delicious layers of triple-berry jam and light vanilla buttercream, rolled in colorful star-studded sprinkles and topped with a star cutout.”

The latest rumor for Crumbl partnerships is with Sabrina Carpenter. This would make sense as she has many fans that would love to see a  Crumbl cookie or LTO with her touch just like Olivia Rodrigo did with the GUTS cookie. Instead of Sabrina Carpenter, Crumbl has gone full Kardashian and Jenner with Khloe’s Cookies & Cream Skillet cookie being on the weekly rotating menu at all locations during the week of June 23-28, 2025.

All Crumbl Cookies locations will be offering the Olivia Rodrigo GUTS cookie during the week of August 19-24, 2024. With the success of this partnership, we have learned there will be a Beetlejuice Cake (LTO) that runs on the weekly menu from September 2-7, 2024.

Here is a review by a redditor: “Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS Cookie—The triple berry jam saves this one for me. I do not like Crumbl’s chilled vanilla sugar cookie at all (too sweet and I am not a fan of buttercream frosting) and that’s basically what this is in sandwich form with a little jelly added. But boy is that fruit in the center delicious! Of course I wish there was more of it. Very similar to the jammy heart but not quite as flavorful. 4/5”

On Friday, February 16th, 2024 it was leaked that Olivia Rodrigo is partnering with Crumbl for her GUTS tour which will run from Saturday, Feb 24, 2024 to Saturday, Aug 17, 2024. Some people have predicted Ube as the flavor for the tour as Ube is a traditional Filipino flavor and Olivia is Filipino-American. It looks like Crumbl wants us to “Follow the Tour and Follow the Cookie.” It may be the case that the special cookie is only available at Crumbl locations in the cities/towns in which the GUTS Tour is having a concert. From the image, it looks like the Jammy Heart sandwich with sprinkles on the sides like Cannoli. Note, the cutout is going to be a star instead of a heart.

Crumbl also did a partnership with Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Jenner but it was a one day event and only at one location in West Hollywood. The one day event was on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024. It will be interesting to see if Crumbl starts partnering with celebrities and influencers to offer LTOs like Banana Bread and German Chocolate Cake. In April 2025, Crumbl did a Kardashian and Jenner partnership in which all the women from Keeping Up with the Kardashians had the opportunity to create their own Crumbl cookie or dessert. It is crazy to think that a small cookies shop that offered Milk Chocolate Chip and Pink Sugar cookies with a rotating menu would one day do deals with the Kardashians and music stars.
